Our titles are without the prefixes. That means no juniors, seniors, mediors, principals or whatever. We value all levels of experience accordingly. We want every second of experience to count and that’s reflected in our career development plan. Every level in a field of study generally reflects a year of experience. Each level means new duties and responsibilities. We want everyone to move forward with their careers so everyone expected to promote. Needless to say, that means another salary update.
Professional development
In addition to the daily training we provide during work, or external courses taken when necessary, we cover all expenses for relevant conference participations and even pay bonuses for contributions.
